What I did today
Today was a busy day at the office, so not that busy on the personal side of things.
I pitched on 3 or 4 projects for Catalant and I published 3 or 4 articles as well on one of my affiliate sites.
The affiliate site things are going well, or at least feel like they are because I’ve been investing aggressively in them. I’m planning to do at least ~$1K a month invested into content in order to help grow these sites. It will be a long slog, but as long as I’m posting a few articles a day, I know we’re moving in the right direction.
Holy crap! I actually almost forgot the mention the most exciting development of the day! Another investment property accepted our offer today. Now, with that property, it’s now 13 units in the portfolio. There are 13 people out there who are paying each month to live in the unit.
The deal will close in 60 days so we have some time until then in order to do an inspection and make sure everything is on the up and up.
What I’m thinking about today
I’m excited about investing, aggressively, towards everything. I’m realizing that I can get a great eBook written for $132. I want to invest ~$5,000 into more eBooks. That should lead to ~40 ebooks, which will bring my total universe of eBooks to 50 and income, each month, to hopefully a few hundred bucks each month.
How I’m Feeling Today
I’m tired and can’t wait to go to sleep!
But, I also realize that I’m still not doing enough. I’m failing at getting up early. I’m failing at pushing myself to the next level.
This case study is about how to get to K/day by my 30th birthday.
Right now, I’m not doing everything necessary to get to that.
It’s time, again, to kick it up a knotch.
