What I did today
Today was spent on a couple of Catalant projects and doing some real estate.
On the Catalant projects: I have a read out meeting for tomorrow and honestly, it could go either way. The clients are super sharp, which means expectations are high. I think I’ve delivered good value here, but it could really go either way. I’m exhausted as I was working last night at 2:30 in the evening.
I do have another Catalant project that just started. It’s a ~2 day quick-hitter so I need to turn this one around really quickly. I’ve started going after this one aggressively, and I’ll probably need to have a busy day tomorrow.
I’m also thinking about real estate right now. There is the 6 unit that is under contract, but our banker didn’t love the financials today. We think the financials are good, but our banker is a bit worried. It might be a bit difficult actually to get this one closed.
I also posted 6,000 words of content onto one of my websites. That’s about how many words I need to post per day, so I’ll need to keep that going.
What I’m thinking about today
I’m thinking about how to balance all of these projects and my sites. I’ve been asked how I keep my to-do list straight, and the reality is, I don’t think I have a perfect system yet. Right now, I’m using a couple of different note pads to write things down.
There’s definitely a better way to keep this all straight!
How I’m Feeling Today
I’m gassed! I got 3 hours of sleep last night, according to my fitness tracker. I really need to get more sleep. It’s hard with a day job. The day job is definitely not conducive to entrepreneur success, but it feels like the right thing to do. I’m learning a lot.
Down the line, we’ll see how it makes sense!

My plan for tomorrow
The readout is number one, but I also have another pitch, the work on the existing project, and then the DD.
