What I did today
Today was laid back on the client side of things. I didn’t really hear much from my clients.
Actually, scratch that.
I didn’t hear from them at all.
Surprising, to say the least.
But, certainly was welcome. It gave me a lot more time to work on my websites, which is always exciting. For that reason, I published a dozen articles or so across two different websites.
What I’m thinking about today
I’m thinking about how I’m worried.
In fact, I’m actually really worried.
I don’t think I’m in a position financially where I can care for my loved ones in a way that matters most to me.
Sure, I’ve figured out a couple of things and have found a way to pretty consistently make ~$20,000 a month.
But, even though that is a big number, it doesn’t change my life in a material way. For example, I’m going to a day job each day. I found a fantastic 10 unit apartment building to buy, but I can’t afford it.
I’m debating the math between buying a place for us to live in next fall or buying an investment property. I hate having to make that trade-off. The fact I have to make that trade off means I’m not doing a good enough job.
I need to lower my expenses, increase my income, and multiple my income sources.
$10K a day at 30.
